Managing claims on your behalf is part of our Account Management service and we adopt a flexible approach to our involvement with you.
From experience, some institutions like their adviser to manage all claims for them, while others prefer to rely on their adviser to provide a support service and report claims direct to their insurers (mandatory with some ‘direct’ insurers).
