Managing claims on your behalf is part of our Account Management service and we adopt a flexible approach to our involvement with you. 

 

From experience, some institutions like their adviser to manage all claims for them, while others prefer to rely on their adviser to provide a support service and report claims direct to their insurers (mandatory with some ‘direct’ insurers). 

 

We are happy to provide the level of service that suits your personal need and in-house expertise.  Whatever the level of service you select, we will provide the following:

 

·      A 24-hour contact number for use in case of emergency

·      Advice on policy wordings and the best way to approach a claim

·      Claim preparation

·      Working with Loss Adjusters on your behalf

·      Monitoring of progress of claims

·      Reports at review meetings as appropriate
